  • TIPS for incorporating exercise:
    • Maintain your routine: If you already exercise, try to stick with it, even if you have to adjust the intensity or duration.
    • Find enjoyable activities: Any form of movement can help, from walking and yoga to running or lifting weights.
    • Schedule it: Treat your workout like an important appointment to ensure it happens.
    • Start small: If you are not currently active, begin with small, manageable goals and gradually increase your activity level.
    • Make it a tradition: Infuse physical activity into your holiday traditions, such as a family walk on Christmas morning.
    • Use the time you have available: Don’t cancel a workout because you don’t have an hour, or half an hour. If you have 10 minutes, you can squeeze in a quick cardio walk or yoga stretch. Use the time you do have. Checkout the Wellable On-demand content for a workout that matches your time.
